How It Works

The recipient can shop online and apply the balance at checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.

By purchasing or using a Brave Fox Coffee digital gift card, you agree to the following terms:
1. Redemption & Use
Gift cards are redeemable only on bravefoxcoffee.com. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by Canadian law.
2. Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be cancelled once issued. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.
3. Delivery Issues
Brave Fox Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses entered by the purchaser
- Spam filters, email blocks, or technical issues outside our control
4. Fraud Protection
We may refuse, cancel, or deactivate any card that appears to have been purchased or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
5. Non-Transferable
Gift cards may not be resold or transferred for value.
6. No Expiry
Brave Fox Coffee digital gift cards never expire and carry no additional fees.
7. Balance Disputes
In any balance dispute, Brave Fox Coffee Co.’s internal records will be considered final.
