This light roast brings together Costa Rica La Pastora and Quezaltepeque from El Salvador to create a cup that’s bright without being sharp, sweet without feeling heavy. Roasted light to preserve clarity and origin character, Foxfire opens with citrus sweetness and honeyed notes, then drops into a smooth, clean finish for your tastebuds.
This is a coffee for people who want flavour and nuance, but still want something easy to drink every day. Whether brewed as a pour over or batch brew, Foxfire stays sweet, structured, and approachable from first sip to last. We created this for light espresso lovers but it can be enjoyed many ways.
