Fully washed and sun-dried, the cup is layered and vibrant
Flavor Notes: Expect notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, caramel, panela, and a sweet citrusy edge like lemonade, rounded off with rich cacao nibs.
Medium roast. Balanced and complex with a clean finish. Great for espresso & drip.
